Who We Are?
We are a Romanian company founded in 1998 in the mechanical field of work. The activity started with CNC machining and machine tools maintenance and after a couple of years the Quality Control Department was introduced for the automotive industry.This activity had evolved in years and became the main focus of our company.

Main Objective
The main objective is the continuous improvement of our services. The first step in achieving it was implementing the ISO 9001 certification from 2002. During the years many projects for automotive quality control have been introduced and our company homologated complex processes for reworking parts. The ISO TS 16949 was our latest certification introduced in 2014. This step proves that our experience in the automotive sector has reached a high level of experience.

Our Mission
Our company offers high standard services of quality assurance for our customers through both the team's individual attention to details and the implementaion of core tools and lean manufacturing for the automotive industry.

SERVICES

The quality assurance is a system of processes:

   - visual inspection;
   - washing;
   - reworking;

Our ISO TS certification is implemented for different processes for the automotive industry such as:

   - parts machining: milling, lathing, grinding;
   - parts assembly with final quality control.

PRODUCTS

Our production department offers complete services from design to fabrication of parts for our customers. The fabrication is made in our mechanical machining workshop which was the company's first activity when it was founded 17 years ago. The fabrication consists mainly of unique and small series parts most of which are spare parts for the automotive assembly and production lines. Our production department also fabricates different types of gages for internal use in the quality control process.

CERTIFICATION

Politica companiei a fost de la bun inceput de crestere a satisfactiei clientilor si dorinta de dezvoltare continua a dus la implementarea sistemului de management al calitatii ISO 9001 inca din 2002. Certificarea a fost mentinuta si implementarea cerintelor sistemului ne-au ajutat in aprecierea produselor si serviciilor oferite.

Dezvoltarea departamentului de prelucrari mecanice si de asamblare a componentelor din industria auto a fost certificata in anul 2014 prin implementarea sistemului de management al calitatii in industria auto ISO TS 16949:2009. Prin aceasta certificare am dovedit maturitate si profesionalism si suntem mandri ca facem parte din elita companiilor ce ofera servicii pentru industria auto.
